1. How are we advertising the MRBES Expo?

A: TV, radio, magazines, local and regional newspapers.

2. In what states are you doing your advertising?

A: Colorado and surrounding states

3. How many people do we project to attend the Expo?

A: The expo is free and open to the public, so we expect well over 1,000 people for the Expo.

4. Will people have to pay to attend the Expo and if so what is the admission fee?

A: The Expo is free and open to the public.

5. What size table will be provided for the vendors and will electricity be provided as well?

A: Booths are 10'x10' with an 8' table. Electricity is an additional cost.

6. Could I be able to share my table with another vendor provided that we both split the cost of the vendor fee?

A: Yes.

7. When is the deadline to submit vendor registration forms and payment?

A: Deadline for early bird exhibitor registration is May 1st, but I suspect that we'll sell the tables out quickly.
